We will be selling tickets for a set of grips (13 - no putter) of your choice installed, by our Pro Shop. Tickets will be available at our 

Spring Meeting and Opening Field Day, 

with the draw being done at dinner that day.

Tickets will be $5 each or 3 for $10.

Proceeds will be used to enhance our events this year.

Diane Arsenault sent these pictures of her holiday in Oak Creek, near Sedona, Arizona. Although she said the weather was cool, she and Gwyer spent lots of time golfing and hiking in this beautiful area. Also, Diane looks forward to playing more golf at Dalewood this summer.

Janet Hull enjoyed her day watching the great swings at the Ana Inspiration in Palm Springs, CA. Below is a picture of the statue of Dinah Shore and Poppie's Pond, where the winners go for a swim. She also ran into Canadian Alena Sharp in a local Starbucks, earlier in the week, and they had a nice chat about sharing the same hometown - Hamilton, ON.

Congratulations to Yvonne Shannon for her SECOND hole in one in less than seven months!!!!

It was at the Fazio course at Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach; it was 90 yards and she used her 9 wood. Yvonne was playing with Bill, but met with friends afterwards. She commented that she appreciates having the hole in one insurance at Dalewood!

Martha Killoran looks like she's having a great time after the "Snow Crow Tournament" at her Florida golf course. I see a lot of red, white, and maple leaves! Even John is dressed in his adopted country's colours!

Such sad news! Dalewood friends are mourning the loss of Nan Sharpe. Rest in peace, our friend!

Nancy Jean Sharpe

July 20, 1949 - February 13, 2018

With great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of our Nancy at the Northumberland Hills Hospital in Cobourg on Tuesday, February 13, 2018.  Nancy Sharpe (nee O’Connell) at 68 years of age. Cherished wife of Garry Sharpe. Step-mother of Gord (Claudia). Loving grandmother of Colin Sharpe.  Dear sister of Daniel O’Connell. Beloved daughter of Jeannie and the late Walter O’Connell.  Also missed by numerous and close friends from Cobourg Ontario to Fort Lauderdale Florida.  Visitation to be held at MacCoubrey Funeral Home, 30 King St E., Cobourg on Friday March 2, 2018 from 5 to 8 pm.  Mass of Christian Burial at St. Michael’s Catholic Church on Saturday March 3, at 11 am. Reception to follow at the Columbus Community Center.

Those wishing may make a memorial donation to the Northumberland Humane Society, the Municipal Animal Services (Shelter Of Hope) or Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation.  Condolences received at www.MacCoubrey.com.
