I think the two women who brought their Canadian flags in on July 1, with 6 and 5 shots to spare may have an advantage in both the Tuesday low net game and the Eclectic. Well done Annabel and Thelma! The next competition on the calendar is the Greta Philips Better Ball. Get a partner or sign up as a single. You play your own ball and the better net score on each hole is used for the team score. Play it on Sunday July 13, or Tuesday July 15. July 15 will also be a Team Play day, so you'll have to keep three scorecards that day in your group. We're getting good at that now!!
It appears that one of us (Sandi?) is playing the 8th hole with a floater. Not really - the weeds are so thick in the pond that the ball actually was suspended on the weeds. Too far to reach, but it makes a great picture (thanks Laura E.):
