MYSTERIES OF CHRONOGOLF – UNRAVELLED

Chronogolf is an application (mobile & web-based) for handling tee-off times and tracking spending at both the Pro Shop and the restaurant. The software has been designed for golf courses and is not unique to Dalewood. IT DOES NOT track your score.
New to Chronogolf? Contact Administration to set up your account.
Forgotten your Password? Click on: Forgot Password. The club will send you the appropriate link. Do not use any other method. (You may create a second account, which you do not want to do. The software will not merge the 2 accounts. Neither your booking times nor your spending will be merged, and staff will not be able to determine which account to use.)
Credit card changes? Use Settings to make the appropriate changes but INFORM Administration of the change. They have a separate database and will need to update theirs.
BOOK A TEE TIME: (ALWAYS CHECK IN WITH THE PRO SHOP EVERY TIME YOU GOLF!!)
· Log in. On your Dashboard, click on Bookings, click on New Reservation, book using EITHER the Tee Sheet OR Calendar. (NOTE: Members are listed under Members Directory. Only phone numbers are shown.)
· Select your date and time. Available times are clearly shown.
- The tee-sheet indicates all bookings and available times.
- Greyed out dates are not available either because they are booked, or you are too early to book.
- You can include other club members in your reservation or guests.
- When you complete the reservation, you and other club members will receive a confirmation email. You are responsible for informing your guests.
- The software does provide prompts throughout the process.
· You can cancel or edit a tee-time in Chronogolf 24hrs in advance. Less than 24 hours prior, contact the Pro Shop.
· Log in your profile on www.chronogolf.com and click on "cancel" next to your tee-time.
· You can also change an existing booking by logging into your profile and clicking on ''edit''. Follow the prompts.
If you are playing a match and do not want others to join your twosome, when you book your time slot, just add Guest to make up a foursome. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO MATCH PLAY. If the course is busy, the Pro Shop has the option to add players to ensure the maximum number of foursomes to answer the demand. You may also reserve a time for matches by phoning the pro shop longer than one week ahead.
CHECKING YOUR SPENDING (PRO SHOP & RESTAURANT)
To access your House Account, login to your chronogolf.com account. Click on House Accounts in the right-hand column.
You will then see the opening and closing balances per month, past and present, as shown below.
NOTE: Your payments are shown in green. The black Reference numbers do not expand as they refer to charges that have been paid. Refer to the month the charge was incurred to see the blue Reference number for the details of the charge.
Should you wish to dispute any charge, please contact Administration and they will be more than happy to help you resolve the issue.
OTHER THINGS TO KNOW
1. Registrations & Packages – Dalewood does not use. Therefore ignore.
2. Memberships – refers to your type of membership.
3. For club members, go the Booking/New Reservation. Use Members Directory (below Tee Sheet & Calendar) to see other club members and their phone number.
4. Settings – to edit your profile, change your password and review your payment method.
5. Scoring Factor – Do not use. All scores should be entered via GAO/Golf Canada.
